They are 396hz\, 417hz\, 528hz\, 639hz\, 741hz\, 852hz. Occasionally chimes\, drum beats\, and other tones will be included for variation and receptivity.\n\nThis is one of many styles of Sound Baths. Comfortably lie down\, and just take it in.
