Cape Cod Healthcare Issues Statement on Good-Faith Negotiations with SEIU Collective Bargaining Units
System Remains Committed to Reaching Fair Successor Agreements
(Hyannis, MA – May 13, 2026) Cape Cod Healthcare, Inc. (CCHC) has been engaged in ongoing, good-faith negotiations with four 1199 SEIU collective bargaining units - Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital, Cape Cod Healthcare Laboratory Services, and Cape Cod Human Services, Inc. - and remains committed to reaching fair successor agreements for our employees. To further support progress in negotiations at Cape Cod Hospital, the parties are currently working with a federal mediator.
